Twitch Drops returned to ARC Raiders on May 21 with two backpack charms. The Spinning Top is a battered tin toy with chipped paint, a red handle, and rough rope wrapping. The Canned Tomatoes is a vintage tin of Italian tomato concentrate labeled Pomodoro Marca Custode. Both hang from a raider's pack, visible to squadmates. The event runs through June 18.
To claim them, raiders must first link their Twitch account to their Embark ID. The linking process is straightforward: head to Embark's site, sign in, and connect the Twitch account. Then watch any stream with the 'Drops Enabled' tag for one hour to unlock the Spinning Top, and a second hour for the Canned Tomatoes. Rewards show up in the in-game locker after claiming on Twitch.
Unclaimed drops cannot be recovered after the window closes. The window is four weeks wide, but there is no grace period.
Reaction on the BBS has been lukewarm. Some raiders appreciate the free loot. Others call the charms a letdown after earlier drops that rewarded viewers with full outfit sets. One raider dismissed them as 'something you'd find in a Speranza pantry,' and said two hours of watch time felt steep for a tin of tomatoes. Viewer numbers, as tracked by third-party sites, have also dipped: from a peak of eighty thousand concurrent viewers in January to roughly twenty thousand by April. Two backpack trinkets will not reverse that trend, but they cost nothing but time.
