The complaint at the top of the discussion tab is that the ARC are reading your save file. u/BotGiyenAdam's patrol thread is the day's argument, and the most-upvoted reply inside it isn't about Snitches or Spotters but about the Bombardier - which apparently does not need either to find you in a dark corner while you bandage. After a week of receipts about human cheaters, the subreddit has rotated its anger one notch over to the machines.
The funny thing is the AI complaint is older than the cheating one. It has just been quiet. The expedition shuffled enough variables - loot, container counts, ABMM lobbies - that the patrol behavior got a clean look, and the verdict is that ARC "patrols" are not patrolling. u/Implosion-X13 put it cleanly: Snitches in particular line you up or intercept where you are going to be, and the pretending is what grates. u/notabowleg got the line of the day in the same thread. "The bombardier knows where you are because the bombardier knows where you aren't." 433 upvotes for a Patriot missile joke about a flying robot. Fair.
There is a counter-current, which is that the bush still works. Multiple raiders showed up to say Fireballs and Wasps will fly directly into the shrub you are crouched inside and kiss you on the forehead without spotting you. Both things are true. The pathing is scripted toward your position and the perception check at the end of that path is generous to the player. It is a weird middle - the machines cheat at navigation and then go blind on arrival.
The loot half of the same complaint
u/2onhello's hidden loot writeup is the other thread doing real work today, and it is the same complaint in a different costume. Apartments on Dam are stripped. Container counts feel halved. u/Tr1angleChoke's post ran the same observation on Hurricane raids and got 143 comments of me-toos. Embark's stated position is that loot got concentrated in breach and keyed rooms. The room's response is that the keyed rooms have not been delivering either. "Then why the loot in key rooms is trash for my team every single time," one reply asked, and the thread did not have an answer.
So the new season is: the ARC find you faster, there's less to pick up when they do, and the Trials cosmetic that used to be earnable at Hotshot now requires Cantina Legend on a leaderboard the subreddit has spent two weeks proving is full of cheaters. u/Standard-Tonight6279's Trials post is at a 0.95 ratio and the top reply is a four-step bullet list of Embark acknowledging the leaderboard problem, course-correcting once, and then quietly reversing the correction this season. Make it make sense, the comment ends. Nobody in the replies did.
The rat survives
The day's release valve is u/FoxSin-117's rat story - shot one guy in a PvE lobby, the guy with his last breath screamed "we've got a rat over here," and seven or eight raiders mobilized to hunt him down. 266 comments, mostly PvE players litigating whether shooting one person in a no-PvP lobby counts as ratting (consensus: yes, lootratty), with a sideline of PvE raiders pointing out that the people who sit in bushes waiting for someone else to kill a Bastion are doing exactly what they accuse the ratter of doing.

It is the same week's argument compressed into one lobby. People sorting themselves into rules they didn't write, then enforcing them with mob volume. The ARC overhearing it all and patrolling magically toward the noise.
u/CL4P_TR4P_RU's five-minute crawl ends the way most of these threads do. He laughs. The clip is on the front page at a 0.99 ratio. Nobody in the comments is mad at the game, they're just watching a man learn what acceptance sounds like.
